Given the title you'd think that given my current state of unfitness, that I would be out pushing it a bit!

Well... not at all! Another very lazy day when all I did was accompany Jo Lsh on her first trad lead, and then lead one climb myself! Stealth and Newcastle had an even lazier day than Jo and I.

A very easy and relaxing day. A bit too relaxing!

If the day had any positive effect on my fitness, then I'm sure that it was all undone at the Joiners.

Stealth is being a bit cool. I keep telling him to raise the temperature but... Stealth's day was very lazy!
