Walked out to past Deborah's but suffered with my blistered feet. Compeed are very good, but I needed to grit my teeth on occasions.

Out on Wednesday to Odin's Wall. Arrived just as the tide was receding to reveal a tiny strip of sand. Could hardly belive we were anywhere near Swansea and not in some Mediterranean paradise.

Anyway, I didn't get a photo of it which is rather a pity.
