Maybe it's me... maybe I'm just feeling the cold, but shouldn't it be warm now?

Just back from a walk on Gower. Cold northerly wind. Kept a fleece on (zipped up) for the whole walk and when I stopped had to put on a warm jacket.

It's got to get warm some time!
