Finding Deborah

Getting to Gower crags can sometimes be harder than the some of the climbs on them. One dry valley running down to the sea looks pretty much like any other.. and then there's the question whether, given directions to take the 4th dry valley, that a dry valley is actually deep enough to be counted as one.

The descriptions in recent guidebooks of getting to White Pillar left many climbers scratching their heads and led to some failed "expeditions".

So the photo below gives us a clue as to how to get to Deborah's Overhang. It's said to be at the bottom of a dry valley, but which one? Well the little pinnacle on the east facing side gives the game away. It's unmistakeable and unmissable.
