Eric will finish his work at World Fish in 9 months or so and will then be looking around to do something else.

He's interested in doing a PhD in his subject (Human Rights) but will need to get funding from somewhere. It's difficult, in this field, to get funding unless you've already published something and at this point Eric has yet to do.

His dissertation supervisor at York has suggested that he publish, with modifications, his recent M.A. dissertation. Even so Eric tells me that he may not apply for funding until he's certain of what he wants to research.

He has the possibility of doing some research in Mozambique. We'll see.
