Went out along the South Gower cliff tops looking for suitable bivi spots. At the top of the cliff between Blackhole Cliff and White Pillar are a few possible places. The problem is to find somewhere reasonably flat and sheltered from the wind.

On the way back to Overton I stopped by my little spot. By that time it had become quite cloudy. There were loads of climbers down at Boiler. When a Sea King turned up I noticed that there was a casualty at the base of the cliff.

He/she was eventually winched up and, I assume, taken to Morriston.
