Found out yesterday that I have a broken rib.

On the walk up to the Cwfrwy Arete I slipped on an icy patch on the scree below and banged my chest on a rock.

I thought the pain I had the rest of the day was some sort of stitch. It got worse over the next couple of days.

It's a little better now but it still hurts when I laugh!
