Went out to Paviland with Rob to see this morning's eclipse. Neither of us had eye-protection and just had to experience the darkening and quite eerie light.

We both laughed a little when we got back and watched TV. Apparently many people had gone to Stonehenge which, compared to the 33,000 year burial at Paviland, is a "modern" site! See Paviland. Neither of us wore Druid robes or tinsel in our (non-existent) beards!

We didn't see a soul from when we left the car until we returned.
