Had a meeting with Parisa this morning about developing some of the club's communications systems. Parisa is an expert and we are lucky to have her.

Later went for a walk from Overton.

There was some sort of Gower running event on. A amarathon and and 'Ultra'. I must have caught the stragglers 'cos they were only a little faster than I was and I was walking.

Got back late afternoon and took this photo coming back into Overton.
