Well, they wimped out!

On the basis of a not too bad forecast, some of them decided to throw in the towel.

Mark and I will do it in January/February when conditions will actually be more uncomfortable.

We promised to get a message out to them early in the New Year but I guess we'll be a little sceptical when some of them say they want to come along! ;-)
