A photo from an Alps trip.

This was a lunch stop. I remember I'd bought myself some French bread and tomatoes and had a long lunch. Boiled up some water for the "bladder" and had a sleep. I'd slept poorly the previous night, unwittingly in someone's garden back in Briancon!

That night it rained heavily, but I was safely half-way over to the Vallee Etroite in my tent by then.
