Went for a nice walk with Dingo, Kathryn, Mark and Clare in the Carmarthen Van today. Wasn't expecting any ice and so didn't take any gear.

Still... lovely day and some nice scenery.

Eyed up some routes should they come into condition and generally drove a few cobwebs from my tired and worn joints.

My knee is a little painful today!

Anyway... Roll on the cold weather. Trip to N. Wales for some winter stuff soon!
