First day of physio today after the cast came off. Six weeks that cast was on and two weeks now it has been off.

Cannot walk properly yet. Uphill isn't too bad, but downhill is pretty difficult.

Anyway, the physio was helpful and the session consisted mainly in her quizzing me about the accident and about just where I feel the pain.

Physio: Tell me how the accident happened.

Me: Blah, blah. Rock hit me blah, blah fell on ground, smashed knee, blah, blah.

Physio: So you went straight to casualty?

Me: No, I went straight to the pub.

Immediately I said it I realised what I had said. I hope she takes me seriously at next week's session!
