Running computers that are left on 24/7, whilst not expensive, calls
for a little thought.
So... I'm thinking of getting
an Alix Board to
replace my router, (currently an old PC running OpenBSD).
Once I have bought a power supply, CF card and enclosure, I'm probably
looking at around 150 quid but should get that back in a year or two
as its typical power consumption is around 3-5W. OpenBSD installs
without problem.
