Frank and I began training in earnest! A trip to Pen Y Fan. Not exactly La Meije, but it won't do us any harm. Took big bags and slipped a few weights into them. Not fit at the moment... must do a rather a lot more. Stopped at the Tafarn-Y-Garreg (sp?) on the way back. It doesn't quite have the atmosphere it has in the Winter. Tut-tut... as you can see from the link, the pub doesn't even have its own website!
